My call was handled by Brent who understood and clearly identified the computer problems I was encountering (numerous foreign addresses and a trojan). These items were in the background and slipped by my full time MacAfee. Brent passed my issue along to another tech who removed all the issues and brought my computer back to life. Estimated time from death to life about 60 minutes. A team of remarkably talented individuals.
